Returns & Refunds Policy

Because your skin deserves care, hygiene and safety always come first.

At K&D Beauty, we take great care to ensure every product arrives in perfect condition. Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns once items have been opened or used.


Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on beauty and personal care products, unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at kristiana.beautykd@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos where possible, and we’ll be happy to help.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • All skincare, haircare, and personal care products

  • Opened or used items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Once a product has been opened, this right no longer applies due to hygiene and safety regulations.


Refunds

If your refund is approved (for damaged or incorrect items), it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after confirmation.


Frequently Asked Questions

Can I return a product if I’ve opened or used it?
Unfortunately not. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Can I return a product if I simply changed my mind?
You may cancel or return an order within 14 days if you’re in the EU, as long as the product is unopened and unused.

How long does a refund take?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the payment.
